The store is clean and organized. Very easy to find what you need, decent variety of crafting/sewing products. Quite laid back atmosphere. The women that work there are so sweet and friendly

It's ok. Clean. Fabric is nicely organized. Cutting table is by the register which is different. I have never seen it that way before.
I looked at a sewing machine on sale last Wednesday with my friend. There was no price on any of the machines sitting on the floor at the end of an aisle. We asked an employee for the price, she scanned it & stated the price was 199, on sale from 299. It was my first day checking out machines. I went home, did some more research & decided to purchase the machine I had found at Joanne. I worked on Friday & returned to the store on Saturday morning to purchase the machine. The price had gone up to 249...very same machine was 50 more. I went home & ordered it online for 199 with free shipping. It arrived today. I will not return to this store.

Well, doesn't about an hour or more in here with not one oost of help from anyone. There seems to be one mirror in their beads aisle. Odd and not easy/ intuitive to find. Lors of choices in the cottons fir quilters and some really fun prints. If you are looking for Blanket material, they've got you covered. Once annoying thing was that after I bought a piece of fabric, a 50% off coupon came with my receipt. ! If I had had it for this purchase. Ir whould have been worth 12. Total drag. Take away: their shop assistants needf to....assist... And... but something small then hope fo.r a coupon
