We have been customers of Knepper’s for a few years now, we have a water treatment system in our home. Always a good experience dealing with them. Today we discovered we didn’t have any water to the house around 3:00am. We figured it was an issue with our well pump. We called Knepper’s first thing in the morning. Within 45 mins we had a call back with an estimated repair time. The guys who came out were courteous, professional, and effective. We did not know our well depth, or the exact location of the well. They handled it all with ease and efficiency. Lisa kept us updated with estimated repair costs throughout the process. Best of all our water was restored within a few hours. A stressful situation was made a little bit better by these folks. I highly recommend Knepper’s for water treatment and well pump needs!

WOW what else can I say. Purchased a water softener and a reverse osmosis system and UV light also a new pressure tank. Had called other water treatment companies never heard back. Kneppers returned my call and gave me a estimate in a timely manner. Set my date for the install they arrived on schedule installed the water softener and reverse osmosis and UV light in about 2 1/2 hrs. Our service from Kneppers has been a positive experience.
