The only thing this office is proficient about is collecting money. As for explaining procedures and aftercare, they leave Much to be desired. Be sure to know which questions to ask Before submitting to their care. Otherwise their answers are after the fact.; too late But! They are terrific at collecting monies even before your knowledge.

My husband scheduled an appointment for me back in December. Been excited for my appointment this Thursday however I never got an e mail or I thought I might have deleted it. However!!!! They never put me down as a schedule appointment. you got to be kidding me! Let’s just say this doesn’t leave me with conference in this office. So back to finding someone else to do my surgery. I want to add I saw some other reviews but thought No they can’t be that bad. Guess they can
At Ludwick Eye Center you will experience complete professionalism. Everyone knows and does their specific job. And they perform it wonderfully from the receptionist through to the doctor. Had extreme dry eye and blurred vision I called office for help never returned call till 24 and half hour later. Told them forget I was at the Walmart dr found cornea abrasion. What do you do for worse emergency? I dont blame my dry eye dr I blame the staff.
