The gentlemen from Black Tie movers were fast and efficient. They wrapped all big items in plastic wrap and cloth to protect them. Beware the material used will be an extra cost, very minor but no one told me that! However, they moved all items into the house with care, making sure not to dent or scratch a wall. It took about 2.5 hours to move everything from a one bedroom apartment to a two story house. I'm very pleased with the professionalism and consideration from Black Tie Movers!!! Highly recommend!

We used Black Tie Moving for our first move in nearly 40 years. We couldn't be more pleased. Our team (Mike, Yosef, and Charlie) was top notch. They really treated our things as if they were their own. They also put us nervous oldsters at ease, no small feat. They demonstrated their competence, skills, training, teamwork and strength from the start and we relaxed remarkably quickly. They handled any problems with consideration; reaching agreement and involving us when necessary. They worked very well together, were upbeat, and seemed to enjoy and take great pride in their work. Kaiffer, Timothy, and Phillips were awesome in helping me with my move! They were fast, communicated well, and were super upbeat! Timothy graced us with some rad dance moves as well. I would highly recommend them! In prior moves, I've used other companies, but these guys from Black Tie were at least an hour faster than any of them. We completed the move well below the estimated cost, and they didn't break anything. Totally recommend!
This service was very professional and courteous. They took extra care in moving all of my items. The gentlemen were in high spirits even with all I had them moving which was a tedious process. The only reason I didn't give full 5 stars is because one bed that was supposed to be reassembled wasn't and the screws were missing. However, everything else was fantastic and I would definitely use their services again.
In the midst of a pandemic we found BLACK TIE MOVERS and we are so very happy that we did. They have always been willing to accommodate us; sometimes with very short notice. The teams are professional, polite and pleasant even when the temperature in Atlanta was unbearable. Nevertheless, they adhered to our guidelines, moving furniture in the Atlanta heat wearing a mask and practicing social distancing to help our residents feel comfortable with them being there. They were always prompt in their arrival but demonstrated real patience if the resident was not prepared for them to start immediately. Knowledge of the industries standard meant they were able to complete the job efficiently and appropriately. It is a pleasure to work with this team. From the office staff, scheduling the job, to the crew leaders and their teams who make the move happen. Excellent service at a great price. Great experience we will return as the need arrives.
