I was really disappointed in the lack of integrity shown by the front office staff. I called to inquire about a particular service done at this location. The woman who took the call provided me with information, but failed to inform me that the service I needed was only completed between certain hours. When I arrived to the 1st floor window as she instructed me to do; no one in the office could confirm taking a call. Which clearly was a bold face lie or else how would one explain having obtained all the other information I received ? I would have much rather integrity be shown and a simple apology issued for failing to communicate that very important piece of information.

I had a medical issue at a store. After being cleared by the medics, a kind officer drove me home since it was safer for me not to drive at the time. He spoke about his wife & his new job at Chamblee. It's great to be in ATL but still get the small town \protect and serve\ treatment from Chamblee. Sincere thanks for kindness on a difficult day.
Where do you recruit your disreputable officers?
Please don’t waste your time calling Chamblee for when a grown man pushes your 3 year old daughter and officer lets them go just because they can’t get the owner of the building to pull the cameras up. We need better justice system GROWN MEN SHOULDNT TOUCH A CHILD. I normally stand for men in uniform but if they keep allowing criminals to do such acts we need a better way of them to start handling these matters or have no law at all.
They helped me and my children. We could have lost our lives through domestic violence. I had no family or friends in Atlanta. They were nice enough to place us in a hotel until the defendant was caught. I’m great full everyday. Thank you.
