This was the best car buying experience we've ever had. My husband has bought over 30 cars in his life... he loves high powered cars... and wanted to buy me a new SUV. Volvo is a brand my mom has always loved and I wanted to try the new XC90 R-Design. There aren't many in the USA, therefore not many within a 5 hour radius from our city in north Florida. We found one at Dyer and Dyer and talked over our trade and purchase options with Allan Friedman and were finally able to drive up to make the deal. I can not tell you how amazing and smooth and enjoyable the experience was, even from 5 hours away. Negotiation was more than fair. When we went to pick it up, we LOVED the VIP sign, red bow, and overall 'check-out' process. Nothing but great things to say about Allan Friedman and the team there.

The customer service experience that I received from my sales person, Marcus Davis, allowed me to feel comfortable about my buying decision when I had mixed emotions about my purchase. Marcus made me feel like Dyer and Dyer Volvo wanted me to remain part of the Volvo family and would do whatever was needed to make sure that I walked away with a vehicle that fit into my budget. Charles Cook in the finance department also made the final stage of the purchasing process eventful as we shared a little banter about our life—I guess that’s part of the big welcome to the Dyer and Dyer Volvo family. I would definitely recommend Dyer and Dyer Volvo when looking to purchase a Volvo. So with all that being said, I love my new 2021 xc60.
