I haven’t written many reviews, but I was so impressed with First Look, that I felt I should take the time to comment on my experience. The concept itself is a godsend. I can schedule an appointment, have my scan run, and receive the results back within the same day (without having to obtain a separate Dr’s order)! I don’t have to go through the hassle of scheduling a doctor’s appointment, then being referred to a specialist, having to wait for that visit, finally receiving the MRI order, paying over and above what is necessary, and then being forced to wait to receive the results from my doctor. This makes it so much easier, and it gives me a lot more control and peace of mind. Aside from the concept, everyone with whom I came in contact at First Look went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I was greeted the minute I walked in the door. They explained to me everything that was going on, gave me a copy of the study afterwards, and generated my results/report within 90 minutes. The equipment was state of the art, the environment was very clean, and the location was easily accessible. To top that off, I paid less out of pocket than I paid with insurance at another facility! I can’t thank Dr. Gay and his staff enough for providing this service. I highly recommend!

This was a fantastic MRI office, it was quick easy and i even got to listen to the type of music I wanted. They let you lock all your personal devices away when getting the MRI and the lady at the desk was wonderfully sweet and comforting. The best part about this place is the radiologist who reads your MRI. Dr. Gay explained my injury with ease going through the entire area of the extremity assuring me of the good health my ankle was in but also explaining what has been causing the pain. Not only did I get an MRI report but I got a specialized video of Dr. Gay viewing and showing me the MRI pictures taken, while discussing the issues and going over the physiological aspects of my ankle as well. Would 100% recommend if needing an MRI with a referral or not.

Highly recommended! Excellent customer service. Fast and detailed professional report. I got same day appointment online. The reservation process was super easy. But you need to put a 20 bucks deposit to reserve your spot. It seems they only allow one patient at each time due to covid. So I think the deposit is pretty reasonable. I was scheduled in the late afternoon of Tuesday after the store closed. I arrived a little early so I was a little bit confused when I got there. The door was locked and no one in the front. I gave them a call and left voice message, then drove away for gas. They immediately called me back to confirm my appointment. The front desk lady and Sunny the radiologist were both super nice, and the whole process was really easy and relax. No waiting time more than 5 minutes, no contact to other patients. I got my CD right away after MRI, and a detailed instruction on how to load the cd for images, and I even got a souvenir. The report was sent to me the same night, only 4 or 5 hours after my appointment. If you are looking for MRI, this is your place to go!!

I called First look on Monday morning, made the appointment for that same afternoon, and had my results emailed to me that evening. The whole process was an efficient and pleasurable experience. And it was half the cost I would have paid with insurance. Renita is the best! I cannot recommend First Look more. Would give 10 stars if I could!

A well deserved A goes out to the Brookhaven FLMRI!! This is a first class business. From my first phone call, to walking in the door and walking out, was truly refreshing. Where else would you get this. A reasonable cost full of value. Even to the point that you will receive a video of your MRI explained in laymen terms by A DOCTOR! I highly recommend these folk.
