Lance Cross's expert analysis and subsequent treatment got me back in the bike race! I was at my wits end with lower back issues that ruined an entire 2019 racing season. I went to three well established clinics in the Atlanta area and a host of lesser known ones trying to sort this out, but none of them could help me, not a single one. The takeaway I got from them was that I was too old to race and they were stymied, and didn't really care. For a competitive athlete, even at my age (58), being stuck on the disabled list for months and months is one of the hardest things to endure especially when no one can tell you what the problem is. So, enter Dr. Cross, one of the most astute and talented physical therapists on the East Coast. He was able to unwind all the layers of accumulated problems from years of various sports and address them one by one. He even helped me to understand how anxiety and tension can cause pain even when the injury is completely healed, and introduced me to meditation, which helps tremendously. He worked endlessly to create the perfect serious of at-home exercises to keep everything up and running and checks via email to make sure all is well. He never once told me I was too old to compete and he listens carefully and values my input. When I made my first appointment at One on One PT, I was in so much pain that I could not sit comfortably, let alone ride a bike. Now, thanks to Lance, I am virtually pain free and not only am I back on the bike, I am competing again as a Cat 2 racer and still improving! Whether you are an amateur, pro, or something in between, this is THE man to see. Make that appointment!

Everyone was great! Laura Glazebrook was absolutely awesome. Well versed in whole body health. Passionate about her craft. Impressed with the effort to not only perform therapy but also spending time to educate!

As a chronically ill patient, One on One has been the best place for me to get the type of care I need. Savas is a wonderful healthcare practitioner that looks at my entire case before determining what therapy to begin. He has worked with me through surgeries and flare ups during the past several years and I’d feel lost without him. Savas goes above and beyond to give you the most effective treatment during your appointment. He also happened to be one of the most skilled dry needling practitioners. He and all the staff at One on One care about each client and treat everyone with professionalism and great attention to detail. I always leave there feeling better than when I came in!
