Very fast and responsive! My laptop crashed and wouldn't turned on. It only took the Tech an hour to fix it. Also very nice and friendly in explaining everything. The charge is also very reasonable given the speed and quality of the service.

I brought in my laptop which wouldn’t charge and they initially didn’t think it was repairable, but they offered to recover my data. I was late (a week) picking it up, and while it was there, they went ahead and tried and fixed it. I thought I was buying a new laptop, and they made my day. And were SUPER fair on price. Very friendly and helpful through the entire process. Would definitely go back.
