WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! MY CAR WINDOWS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED (an insurance claim) THEY KEPT MY VEHICLE AT LEAST 6 WEEKS GIVING ME & THE INSURANCE COMPANY THE RUN AROUND! TOLD ME MY VEHICLE WINDOWS WERE 1900 & LABOR WAS 2500!! BUT, CHARGED MY INSURANCE COMPANY 2498 TOTAL AFTER TRYING TO GET ME TO PAY OUT OF MY POCKET!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE

The Maserati parts department is the best compared to the other ones in SoCal. If you were o compare them to other brands then they would get a C- that being said one has to realize that Maserati catalogs are hard to work with and there is very little information on them....
