Ordered a custom freezer with Dorel and he worked around my schedule and got it done in no time at a fraction of the price! Being he is local in Elk Grove Village its comforting to know he can come by or send over his electricians if ever any problems, which so far works great! He spent the time needed to explain every detail and make me feel comfortable with such a large project for our business. Will definitely wlll be using Champion for other bakery equipment needed in near future!

A two door freezer was Monti's Restaurant second used equipment purchase from Champion. First was a Blodgett convection oven. Great selection and good pricing. Customer service from Dorel is great. A large selection of equipment, in good/refurbished condition, but it is difficult to get any type of service for the equipment. If it is a major piece of equipment (ie ice machine, dish washer, refrigerator) you may want to consider buying new for the warranty and service aspects. At the very least compare pricing and do a cost savings analysis.
