Can't say enough good things about this shop. An avid cyclist, I had a flat a couple of miles from their shop in the middle of a 40 mile ride. Even though it was a busy holiday weekend, they got me up and running quickly. Their kindness really made my week. While waiting for my repair, I was impressed with the store selection and how helpful the staff were to the many shoppers. Although I live quite a ways away, I'm bringing my bicycles here for service in the future. Thank you Trailhead Cycling!

I am just getting into cycling and purchased a new gravel bike at Trailhead in Champlin recently. The bike is great and the price was good but the best part was the staff. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and the bike fitting with Larry made a HUGE difference in my riding experience. He was super patient and informative, and he adjusted and readjusted every part of the bike until it felt just right. I went on a 30-mile ride today and the difference was night and day. Don't skip your bike fitting! And, thanks to Larry for making riding fun again.
