They don’t have breast pumps/equipment available after they told me they did prior to going through them. Been waiting on shipment for 3 weeks now and nothing. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

The people working here are 100% here to help with anything they can. Felicha and Mari both were sooo helpful in helping me get a full electric hospital bed and a fully electric patient lift for my elderly dad. Even went above and beyond to go over little accessories for my dad's walker. THANKS CHAMPS!!! This place has everything you need and more. This place will always be my first choice!!! (:
I’m 56 and I was in a car accident on the the 15th of feb and with a broken legs a sprained shoulder and 2 fractured wrist I really needed help the hospital didn’t give my wrist braces they said go to a dme store so I saw champs a young gentleman helped me with my braces and other items I needed his customer service was amazing and made me feel like I was being helped I recommend this place for any dme thing thank you champs,
I purchased a rather expensive lift recliner chair from Champs Medical. It was to be a surprise birthday gift for my wife. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, and my wife sat in it, was too large for her, and quite uncomfortable. I called Champs and explained the situation. Apparently there is a no return policy on chairs. The person with whom I spoke couldn’t help me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. Felicha, a manger, came to the rescue. I explained the problem, and she invited my wife and I to come to the store and pick a replacement, or work out some other resolution. She and a sales person spent a couple of hours helping us. Felicha was knowledgeable, personable, and very impressive. Her goal was to satisfy us and she did. I’m grateful. Champs is now one of my favorite stores.
