Love that all staff were wearing mask but i believe there was this chunky light boy and he was very rude when asking the size of a shoe they had ; I believe His name was Myiles ! I didn't say anything at the time but he was very disrespectful and i don't think i should have been treated that way ! Customer Sevuce is getting worst by the day

I called ahead before driving 45 min to make sure they had my size. They did and I asked if I could pay over the phone before making the trip. I was told it was not necessary they would hold them for me. I made the drive and was greeted by the associate that told me they would be on hold. She went back to get them and came out asking other associates if they had sold them. One of the associates said yeah I had someone that wanted them. She shook her head and came and told me sorry they got sold. If they would have just let me pay or kept there word I wouldn't have waisted a 45 min drive each way and the fuel. Very disappointing.

champions at Hulen Mall has the worst customer service i wish i never been there, when ever i say hey i need help or excuse me they look at me and they keep walking unless i walk to them, and when i ask for help they roll their eyes and point at the thing i want they don't lead me to it. I was really trying to buy something but when i saw how they were treating me i left someone need to do something.

Told me 2-5 business days to receive delivery, I have call to know where is my shoes at on 8th day, she answered me it will take 5 more day coz it is coming from warehouse, sounds something fishy!!!!
