Clean, well run store that's a little on the small side. Limited selection of shoes and clothes, but they do get a decent number of release sneakers.

I was ready to drop over 3 hundred on shoes. I asked if they had a size, which I had to go over and ask the chick for help. She was standing by the podium. She said they only had one size and left it at that. Her friend came in and she was talking with him. ignored me. Didnt ask if I was looking for anything else or even care. So I went over to Foot locker which the guy helped me. Asked me if I needed anything. Had the same shoes same size and he asked if I still wanted to try them on, helped show me any other shoes that I would like that looked like the ones I was looking at. Bought 2 pairs of jordans at foot locker. Won't be back to Champs.

My problem was when my mom ordered a pair of shoes from in store to be sent to us at home because they didn’t have my size. Long story short five days went by after the arrival date and no shoes. They never notified us of anything. We called customer service and they couldn’t track it let alone tell us what happened. They didn’t do anything for us to fix it. We called the store and they told us the best they could do is give us our money back. My mom couldn’t get me her Christmas gift, Champs customer service failed miserably and in store didn’t seem to care much either. The shoes were 140.00

There was a group of workers at the door just talking, not one of the workers greeted me and my family or tried to service us, the guy working behind the counter seen us trying to get someone’s and attention and left the register to service us, and when he asked if anyone else was helping us I gave him the look & he apologized.
