I’ve used this company three times now. First time to replace the main waterline valve, second time to replace a toilet flange and toilet, and the most recent was unclog sewer line. The company is very responsive and the tech does a great job! Funny, I got the same tech all three times. Not sure if that was the plan. The one thing I’d say is that some pricing seems fair but the unclogging a line seemed high compared to other companies I have used. It was 3 times the cost of other companies I have used.
We purchased a hot water heater from this company 4 years ago. The tank came with a 4 year warranty and unfortunately needed to be replaced due to a leak in the tank. I was grateful for how responsive they were. I called at 12:30 on a saturday and even with a full schedule they fit me in and I had hot water again and a new unit by 5 pm. I appreciate them taking the time to get that done so quickly. I will use them again in the future and would recommend if you are in need of fast, honest and reliable service.
Allen came out the same day and resolved the issue of my leaky shower faucet. They were professional, on time and fair in pricing. I will definitely use them again!
