Had my initial appt and they exceeded my expectations. Front office was great and Leslie was amazing. Leslie took her time with me and it quickly became obvious that she genuinely cares about what's best for the patient. I could tell she actually went through my long medical history from my previous doc - I know that should be standard but we all know it's not. I left my previous doc feeling lost and disheartened. It became apparent that my decision to leave and go to Advanced Pain was the right one. Only wish I left the other doc sooner. Leslie had new ideas and a \we-won't-stop-trying\ attitude. It literally brought me to tears. I left feeling like a dog with two tails knowing relief is still a possibility and Leslie is in my corner. Hope is huge!

I have been going to Chandler location for years now after bouncing around to several locations this one is the best by far Deanna is so positive and refreshing to the patients and Leslie is so caring and compassionate for her patients and staff I wouldn't trade them for no one

This rating is made for the front office staff associate Diana. I had an appointment scheduled for 7am on 7/25. I arrived at 6:45 and signed In On the check-in sheet. Around 7:20 I started. Pricing people that came in after me being called back for their appointments. Diana wasn’t at the front desk for about 10min. Once she came back at 7:30 I asked her why people who came after me were already having their procedures and my name hadn’t been called. She said “oh I assumed you were with someone” I clearly signed the check-in sheet and came in alon. Then she said “well you need to sign this consent form, which is why your name hasn’t been called” Diana never gave me the consent form with my info to sign so of course I didn’t sign it yet. She was very rude and acted like the whole thing was my fault and I ended up being late to another place I had to be at 9am. Thanks Diana for your excellent customer service skills.
