Thief Gave out wrong number, took money for mobile service and refused service. nothing but lies. refused refund. Stay away, far away. So their answer to my review is a treat of attorney action. Next they responded with more lies, I’ve try to call them but they only answered texts that I tried today, what business doesn’t answer their phone. Name of company is all mobile, not shop service. All lies But as of threatening me, now they want to set an appointment at my home. Sorry I’m not letting them near me.

Not only does my brand new car look fabulous but the customer service was truly out of this world! Billy! How often can you say that? Timely, polite, accommodating, patient and so helpful! Carisma! These are just a couple of the wonderful team at All Mobile. They can even come to you as long as you have a covered site with an electrical outlet available. You'll be glad you did! Excellent work!

From the the moment I requested an estimate to the time my car windows were tinted this company has been amazing! Not only do they walk you thru all options but they also don’t try to up sell you! They answered all my questions and helped me decide what was best for me and my vehicle. Then once they arrived they were so professional and even took the time to create a relationship with us! As a business person myself I can tell you that’s A #1 in my book! I love the end result they did not disappoint! I will use them for other projects also as they offer much more than just car window tinting (Did I mention they came to my house to compete the work?) Billy came and did my Nissan Murano which looked so awesome I had him come back right after for another job. He did extraordinary work and my car even feels better to drive. He is such a personable great guy you'll feel like you've made a friend. I would recommend him to everybody. Cheetah particular detail and great service, great guy, can't ask for more...oh yeah, your car looks and feels fabulous after! Call Billy!

My experience with All Mobile Tint & Glass almost turned out to be a disaster, but the owner, Billy, came through strong at the end to make things happen and take care me. I initially made my appointment last week on Wednesday, April 1st. The appointment was set for the following day, Thursday April 2nd at 1330 hours; however, the 2nd rolled around and about 13 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I received a call from Billy who informed he had an issue with one of his technicians and asked me if we could move my appointment to Friday (4/3) morning at 0900 hours, and I agreed. Billy apologized and said he would upgrade me to the carbon package at no charge. Friday morning rolled around and again, no one showed up for my scheduled appointment time. At 0915 hours, I reached out to Billy to inquire what was going on. Billy informed me he again had an issue with one of his technicians. Hearing the irritation in my voice, Billy sprung into action and came and did the job himself. Took him a bit to get here, but overall, it was worth the wait as Billy did a fantastic job, he kept his word and upgraded me to the carbon package, and, he also took a little extra off the top for all the inconvenience this caused. Billy was professional, his work is superior, and I could not be happier. This was outstanding customer service and Billy rose to the challenge to meet my needs. I will use him in the future for all of my tint needs and I highly recommend him as in the end, he made things right.
