A great big Thank You to John and his team over at Allard Collision for another job well done! This was my second experience here and both have exceeded my expectations for timelines, cost and quality of repairs. I would highly recommend John and his team for any auto body repairs, big or small! And my truck was freshly washed when I picked it up! Fantastic service with great attention to detail!

Allard Collision was AMAZING. Easy to work with, fantastic customer service, and most importantly, impeccable workmanship. The Details: I had an unavoidable run in with debris while driving in my 2013 Miata. I thought this was not a big deal, but apparently the stars aligned and it struck one of the only unsupported pieces of plastic facia on the front of the car. Needless to say the damage was substantial (picture attached). My wife and I looked long and hard to find a reputable body shop and stumbled across Allard Collision on yelp. From our first phone call our experience was amazing. Kim took our call, she was happy, kind, and went above and beyond to assist us. John and crew made the quotation and dealing with our insurance a breeze. When we dropped off the car Allard had a rental car company pick us up from the shop and take us to our rental car. The work was completed expeditiously with regular updates from the body shop. While preparing to put the finishing touches and paint on the vehicle, Allard spotted a few scratches, minor dents, dings. They offered to repair these while finishing the car (separate from our insurance claim). I also asked for a clear bra (aka paint protection film) to be installed on the newly painted bumper and hood. When we arrived to pick up our Miata… My jaw dropped. It was absolutely perfect, like it was sitting on the showroom floor. I actually asked if they had installed the clear bra.. the Job was so good I couldn’t see any of the lines. Allard has earned a customer for life. I have already returned to have a clear bra installed on our other vehicle and referred friends and family for restoration and body work. Thanks Allard!
This was one of the most professional body shops I have ever been to. He was polite and on time along with the lady on the phone who was very informational. Probably the best quote I’ve ever received from my car including the infinity in my wife’s car as well. I would recommend this place to anyone anytime. Best body collision repair shop in Arizona as far as I’m concerned.
Special thanks to Chandler owner John; and Jason and Manny for all their assistance and updates as our 2020 CR-V was being repaired. The front lobby staff (ladies) answering phones always treated me as a valued customer and at no point did I ever feel my questions were not addressed in a timely manner. We picked up our CR-V this morning and I noticed right away our Honda had been washed, vacuumed and prepped, awaiting our pickup. Car looks like new, and repairs are above what I would consider the industry standard for collision repair shops. Thank you again to all Allard Collision staff, repair technicians and employee's for doing such an excellent repair on our Honda CR-V!
Amazing fast service. They turned my unfortunate accident into a more enjoyable experience. Jeff was amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. They provided me extra paint that was left over in case I ever get a scratch I can easily repair without having to pay money out of pocket. Would reccomend to any of my friends and family.
