I am disappointed in the service that I received. My medical file was mishandled by the front office staff. I reached out to the office staff to tell them that I would not be returning based on this negative experience and that I wanted to speak to my doctor, who was out with COVID during the original mishap of my file. My doctor ended up trying to reach out to me and wasn't sure what was going on with my medical file, why I canceled, and clearly was not informed of how upset I was from my experience. I then received a letter in the mail urging me to seek care, one again proving that the doctor had not been notified about my experience and how I wound up in the ER. I called back, and tried to speak to the doctor directly. The front office girl said my \transfer of care\ letter was issued, and would not give me her name, or let me leave a message to have the doctor call me back. I'm thinking the front desk girl doesn't want to get fired. I tried to remain 100% professional the entire time, but now I feel like I am obligated to make a complaint to the Arizona Medical Board.

Arrived a little early. Was checked in right away. Short wait for the preliminary check. A little longer wait but not bad to actually see the doctor. She checked my eyes and I was out before my ride could even get back. Great experience. Will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Not professional, all for money. Have been seen by multiple doctors of this office in past few years for screening retina damage due to medicine I was taking. None of them mentioned to me vision field test is a must test for the type of screening I was looking for until the doctor of my last visit told me that. I have been missing this important test for many years (This office doesn't have vision field test equipment). Thank God there's still one doctor in this office having patient interest in mind.
