Decent pool. Can host both short course and long course events. Warmup pool gets crowded during g large meets Not very much shade and depending on how the swim meet hosts set up their shade sometimes you have a great unobstructed view of the meet, other times you can't see over the tents. During the early spring or winter events the rains can make this place a mud sty. Be prepared to bring lots of towels and boots during those events.
