Don’t bother getting your car washed here. No water pressure, barely any soap and paid for the most expensive wash. My car came out dirtier than it was when I went in, they have a sign posted they don’t give refunds so obviously this has been a problem and they just don’t care.

WATCH OUT!!! DONT LET THIS LADY JAHAN RUIN YOUR LUNCH/BREAK OR EVEN YOUR WHOLE DAY!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BY THE CAHSIER JAHAN. THIS LADY IS SUPER RUDE, DONT EVEN KNOW WHY SHES WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS!!!!. I STOP TO ALOT OF GAS STATIONS FOR LUNCH BUY A SODA AND I USE THEIR MICROWAVE. SO I GO IN, IM READY TO HEAT UP MY LUNCH AND THIS LADY JAHAN COMES TO ME SAYS I CAN ONLY USE THE MICROWAVE FOR 2MINS. SO I ASK HER WHY? AND SHE GOES BECAUSE ITS VERY OLD AND BLAH BLAH...SO I SAID OKAY CAN I DO 2MINS AND STOP THEN ANOTHER 2MINS AND SHE GOES NO BECAUSE THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT 30MINS???? REALLY THATS WHEN I FOUND OUT SHE DIDNT WANT ME TO USE IT BECAUSE SHE ASSUMED I WAS NOT BUYING ANYTHING. SO I TOLD HER I WAS GOING TO REPORT HER BECAUSE THAT WAS NOT RIGHT AND SHE DIDNT CARE AND EVEN DARED ME TO DO IT. 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE OR EVEN COMUNJCATIONS SKILLS. NEEDLESS TO SAY IM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!

The worst gas station to go to. They have terrible customer service, my car battery died and they threatened to tow it to Glendale immediately when it wasn’t in the way of business. After asking to speak with a manager the lady that worked there rudely yelled at me and told me that I could not. I do not recommend this gas station at all.
