Rod gives wonderful personalized service and makes sure he knows his products. Great selection of Hookahs, Cigars, Tobacco & products. The store gets better and better as Rod really listens to his customers. The prices are very competitive and even less expensive on some products. They take the time to learn the names of regular customers and their preferences. I have been shopping at Cigar Smoke 'M since it opened and well continue. It's my FAVORITE shop!

I don't know why I go anywhere else sometimes. This store is so nice, the owner is a very nice guy, and his prices are actually like RWAL prices. Other shops need to seriously take a lesson from here. Thanks for being such a great place!
