Stopped in there today with a lens problem they were able to very quickly solve. I was very appreciative that they looked at it on the spot instead of having to make a return trip after work. Good friendly customer service. Definitely will take any future services back to these folks!

I have been repairing all our equipment with them for several years. They alway ALWAYS do a great job. These folks are reasonably priced and honest! Super dependable! Owners are also there and everyone makes sure you are good to go! They even have ability to service old equipment and that says a lot!
This review is long overdue, but I just want to praise the staff at CRIS for going above and beyond to get my camera fixed in time for an upcoming event I had scheduled. I had two Nikon cameras that both had shutter issues at the same time. I had contacted Nikon directly and their turnaround for warranty repair was 6-8 weeks, and it looked like the parts weren't going to arrive in time, and dealing with Nikon was so frustrating. The CRIS staff went out of their way to get the parts and fixed everything for me on both cameras in time for my event. Whenever I've had camera issues they've always been great, I trust them and will always take my cameras there for service.
Walked into their location and they have a sign that says ring bell for service, I ring the bell as a coupe employees are behind the counter having general conversation, no one acknowledge the lobby, or the bell for 5-10 min. Ended up leaving without anyone saying a word.
