When our handyman couldn’t install our new glass shower door we called around to find someone who could. Most told us they wouldn’t install someone else’s product, but Chandler Glass said they would do it. They were on time, courteous, professional and did an excellent job with the install. They even cleaned up after themselves and made sure all remnants of the packaging were taken away and the glass was spotless when they left. Highly recommend!

**UPDATED** The owner called, apologized for the actions of their employees and promised this issue would be taken care of immediately. I updated my rating to reflect the owner's action.** One good experience and one bad experience. The good - I needed replacement glass for my fireplace. They cut 2 pieces from the template I brought. Fit perfectly. Price was okay. Seems like they just made up a price while I was there. Nobody really knew what to charge. But it's okay. Bad experience - needed glass for a new shower stall. A new install so I needed ideas on what they offered. One of the 2 guys kept wanting to go outside to look at samples of what he had in the truck. He then said he was going outside to smoke! His recommendation - go old school with a metal trim around the glass even though I told him no trim. The other guy was very disrespectful to a tile guy installing tile where the glass would go. And I mean VERY DISRESPECTFUL! I told them to leave.

Super excited by the price of them replacing my back slider! Glass looked great, and then the door wouldn't hardly slide anymore. It was so tough! Called and they had someone come out to fix it, which I did pay for and they did a great job fixing it, but they broke my screen door and didn't tell me. Instead, he says.. yeah the screen door is old so I left it off.(Can't be that old, the house isn't that old) In my head I thought, okay I will just have the hubby pop it back on when he gets home because I don't want any issues, turns out THEY BROKE IT AND LEANED IT UP AGAINST MY HOUSE TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE IT WASN'T. Two stars only because I liked the price of the back door the first time, the rest, ughh. Not even worth calling and fighting over the screen door.

Dennis, the owner, went above and beyond. When problems developed with the glass supplier, Dennis called and personally made visits to that company. His staff and he kept me informed of the issues with that manufacturer. Even thought the problems weren't DandLs fault, I was given a discount which came out of their profit. I will refer all my friends and family to this highly professional, friendly company!!!
