These guys were fast, efficient. They practiced safe protocols and I felt comfortable with them. They do not normally service TriStar, but told me if I ordered the parts they would repair my vacuum head. I did and they did - much to my satisfaction. I'd recommend them to anyone needing help with vacuum repair.

Good vacuum but the bags are so overpriced it's ridiculous. But it makes sense, since my Oreck vacuum has began service sometime around 2004. So they got to make money on accessories when everyone's vacuum just keeps working. I don't know when I'll have to buy a new Oreck but until then I'll have to buy the bags on Amazon which is My Oreck Store, lol. Five stars fo sho because the vacuum is phenomenal.

I'm happy with my cordless Riccar upright! I also love my Nelie's Mop - it makes cleaning my tile fun and the lemon cleaner makes the house smell fresh.

Our old Oreck was finally at the point of needing replaced and so my wife and I stopped in the Oreck shop - now David's Vacuums. We were greeted and helped by Mike. He demonstrated several models and helped us to see what the shop had to offer in terms of sales and service after the sale. We went home and did more research and returned the following day to purchase a new Riccar vacuum. I felt confident through the process. I recommend the shop and if Mike is working, I think you'll be very pleased with his customer service.
