Very happy we just received our new hot tub. I was very happy with the hot tub purchase. The delivery experience was top notch. Installer had 35 years of experience installing hot tubs. You wont be disappointed from start to finish dealing with desert Hot Tubs at the Chandler location.

Jeff was supportive throughout the entire process from ordering, site prep, to delivery. Rob and his crew were also great, they delivered and set up the tub. My daughter and I went in looking for a hot tub for her family today. The gentleman working there was on the phone speaking loudly and we waited for some time for him to finish. Then, when we asked him for some thing in our price range he didn’t get up and yelled at us from across the room that the cheapest thing they had was 15,000 and continued back to ignoring us. He was the most rude salesman I have ever encountered. Take your business elsewhere!!! What a complete jerk!!! Go across the street to Sunset spas… That’s where we went and are being helped now!!!
