While we were excited to find this company through a family recommendation we were extremely put off by their lack of professionalism. We first contacted DBS for a complete remodel of our fireplace back in October 2017. We did have a representative come out and measure our fireplace and said he would send the measurements back to the office. Not only did I have to call numerous times to find out where the project stands, but seldom got answers when I did get a call back. We were successful in getting some samples in November which I just drove back to the company this week. Lack of communication, poor customer service and overall horrible business practices made us finally look elsewhere for the work. I understand that things are going well in their line of work with the economy being as it is, this is not an excuse for what happened. I would like to mention that 3 weeks before the end of the year I did receive a call saying that they could schedule me in on a random weekday and complete the job! What job? I never once saw a design or complete proposal. This is the first google review I have done and I wanted to make sure that I was fair to both parties. I would gladly speak to someone at the business for a more detailed account. Thanks
