This review is LONG overdue. Elevation Solar confirmed to us they had the right people to attach the solar panels to our flat foam roof to prevent leaking or roof damage. I was very concerned about leaking, especially since we had just added ALL new, very custom ceilings in our house, a process that took a long time since the house is architecturally significant. After the first rain, the ceiling was leaking EVERYWHERE. It was a heartbreak and nightmare. We had buckets everywhere, and items were damaged. Needless to say, we were very angry. As it turns out, the anchors were not sealed well, and I believe not even with the right sealing product. To this day, Elevation Solar has not compensated us for the damage. Our ceiling is still stained in various areas, and we don't know how the insulation has been damaged. We were asked to find a contractor, but finding one that is willing to work on this type of architecture and drive to us, with scaffolding, has been impossible. Now with covid, we don't necessarily want workers in our house either. My husband recently contact ES again, in hopes that they compensate us for the extensive damage their terrible workmanship caused. UPDATE 1.2021: Elevation Solar did end up providing us compensation so we can move on with repairs. It was nice they acknowledged the poor workmanship and have done their best to make it right.

I would NOT recommend Elevation Solar. We purchased our 55k unit back in May. It took till beginning November to get it working at full capacity. We had to have to them come back and cap all their EXPOSED wires replace over 40 tiles on my roof that their crew supposedly “replaced”. Now with the rain we had several leaks in my master bedroom. They hired a dry wall company to come fix but there was so much water that all the insulation was still moist. Now i have to deal with the area in my room exposed, all the while there is fiber glass and whatever else all over my carpet. (I have 3 kids including a toddler.) They have offered no compensation for ANY of it. My youngest daughters 7 & 3 had an allergic reaction to the fiberglass and insulation that i had to have them stay with my mom. 6 days later it’s still not repaired. Please save yourself the heartache and stress and DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

If I could give zero stars I would. We bought a house with elevation solar on it back in September with ZERO instructions on the solar. After having egregious electric bills I have contacted Elevation Concierge. I finally got the \monitoring system\ in place 200 later and come to find out I am not producing any solar. Cannot get anyone to call me back or even figure out if a technician needs to come repair. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and this solar company is making me regret my home purchase. NEVER AGAIN will I buy a home with solar on it, especially if it's from Elevation Solar.

Sam was very knowledgeable, polite, & comfortable to speak with & represented his company very well! At this point, my wife & I gave not yet committed to this home project but we greatly appreciate Sam’s manner & information & we expect to confer with him further on the near future.
