I have been with 1st bank since 1994, when i moved to Colorado from Phoenix. 1st bank has always been great with customer service. Fees for various accounts are competitive , and the branches are always very clean. If i had one minor compliant it would be that customer service is too good at times. Let me explain. Every time i go into a branch, every employee gives me shout out \hello\ ! I love it in one way, but feel its to contrived. Either they all watched that famous Seinfeld episode involving one of its characters at a bank, or the big shots are pounding into the heads of employees about greetings for inside patrons. Either way, its a little amusing. If one does not believe me, go inside a branch and watch what happens.

The personal.attention i get when I walk into FirstBank is refreshing and appreciated. They know my name and care enough about my business for frequent it themselves. No that is what I call a partnership. Try to get that from the big bank who forces me to go online to talk to some one. I would move your money too, unless you like to feel unimportant like i did.

Just started an account with this bank and I was told by customer service that the bank would provide me with a temporary card until mine arrives. but instead I was racially profiled and denied a temporary card this is unacceptable I will be closing my account after I meet the complete the qualifications for the 300 promotion

Deposited 1900 at the ATM..Only got credit for 360 so far. 1540 went missing overnight and it seems like they are implying that I’m lying about how much I put into the deposit sold in the ATM..it was my rent and the cash for all my bills for the month. I can’t believe this is actually happening.
