Be very careful concerning what you are going to be billed for. Check with your insurance and don't rely on 4Cs to be telling you the truth. I have never had any issue with the care I have received but the billing is another issue. I called for an annual wellness visit (with is covered at no cost one a year, by my insurance). They scheduled me for the appointment 12/2. I checked when checking in that I was there for my annual wellness visit to make sure everything was correct. They said yes. Then when the claim info came from my insurance, It has a charge , to me, for a office visit. I called them and they then informed me that my annual check could only be after 12/20 and there was nothing they could do about the charge. (they did offer to schedule me for a annual visit. Why would I want to do that and continue to do business with this type of place?)

I have always received kind and compassionate care from Dr. John. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He seems to genuinely care for the health of his patients. He is extremely knowledgeable. He listens & also thinks outside of the box recommending healthy alternatives not only Rx I have seen him when the office was Foothills & also as 4c. The staff has also been very friendly & helpful

Dr. Williamson was great, and the medical assistants were pleasant, but the front office and the nurses were a nightmare. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. They gossip about the patients in the front office. I've heard them yell at elderly patients more than once. They are quick to tell you \we're swamped\ when you have a question. The number one priority here is getting your insurance payment. Three visits in a row they had my dad's insurance information wrong and harassed him while he was sick. They kept saying he needed to call his insurance company. Finally the insurance rep asked us to stay on the line while she called the front office. The front office had entered his information incorrectly. When my new Dr ordered records, it took over two weeks for them to reply. Don't waste your time.

This office has been efficient and friendly over the past 2 years.They always try hard to find prompt answers to health questions and can get me in quickly. I've always received great care & if I have to wait to see Dr John it's worth it!!

I had been looking for a new Doctor, and was told about Foothills Primary Care from a friend who spoke very highly about this office. I had called to make an appointment and was put on immediately. From the Doctors to the front office, the nurses and MA's, everyone is so friendly, kind and very sincere. I see Dr. Williamson. He was so knowledgeable, he and his MA/nurse made me feel so comfortable. This office takes care of all my needs, basic medical, women's issues and even weight loss issues I've struggled with for years. I am very satisfied with Foothills Primary Care!
