I would not recommend using this company. I will not even consider going under contract on a house again if this title company is used. They are rude, unresponsive and have no follow through. Tara claimed she would mail my escrow payment Tuesday. The last follow up that I know of she claimed it's month's end which I guess exempts her from basic customer service and follow through.
