It's a happy place. The reception is kind & very helpful. The Techs are always smiling & seem happy to see you. The medical staff is unbelievably kind & they listen to everything you want to say. The follow-up is immediate - prescriptions are called in before you even get home. My husband also goes to Hatfield & has nothing but praise for them. I go to the Hatfield in Mesa. I would definitely recommend them. Can't go wrong.

I love love love the staff at the Chandler office. My doctor, Dr. Warner is the absolute best doctor I've had. The staff is always very caring and pleasant! The Chandler office is the best on the West!
As a new patient at the Gilbert location I was really impressed. I’d done a lot of research, checking Dr. Hatfield’s credentials as well as the size and scope of the practice. It looked like a good fit for me and I wasn’t disappointed. The appointment was confirmed by text just a minute after I’d hung up the phone. The Gilbert office is a pleasant place, the staff very friendly and helpful. It also seems like a happy place to work, as I saw lots of smiles and heard some light laughter as they went about their business. And I liked Dr. Hatfield from the start; professional, engaging and most important, fully engaged in getting to know all about me. My first visit included blood work, it was done right there and I got a call with the results the next morning. I’m confident I’ll continue to be pleased with my choice.
I have been going to the Hatfield Medical Group for many years now and my son goes to Hatfield Medical Group. For the past several years I've been seeing Tyler Dennison at the Chandler Office and he is great spends time with you I highly highly recommend him and the hatfield medical group
We have been patients of this office for about 4 years. The the past several weeks we have had a couple appointments. This office has compassionate, friendly staff. The calls to relay information and return calls have been handled with upmost care and concern, of which we are so appreciative. We love the smaller office setting.
