I went in and was tested to see how bad my hearing is and was treated very nicely. Everything was explained to me so that I would be comfortable. After the tests everything was explained to me so that I could clearly understand. I was able to pick out the hearing aids that I liked and everything was explained so that I could start hearing immediately. I'm very grateful for the tender and understanding treatment!!
