Ordered a flask November 28 as a gift. It never arrived. When I emailed to ask for a refund the general manager assured it would arrive. Never did. When I told him I wanted a refund he said: "We did nothing wrong. Your government Post Office could not deliver your package on time. I suggest that you complain to them." Can't imagine a more messed up customer service response. Take a pass on this company. Update: The merchandize arrived today, a month after I ordered it. The flask is nice, but I still would not do business here again.

I like their products and they have amazing service, trying to accommodate everyone except for the uncontrollable situations.

I can't even rate it it is so off. The address is 3080 Buffalo Trail, Flagstaff AZ 86005. It is in Kachina Village outside of Flagstaff but is a Flagstaff address. Your map takes me to Phoenix. Please correct maps. Thanks so much for your amazing service though. I love the way that I can use voice search etc.
