I’ve used this location in the past because it’s close to my home. I was never impressed but it was convenient. I’m writing a review now because of two positive experiences recently. I went there recently to have a tire looked at and was surprised to see how clean and orderly the location had become. I complimented them and was told it was due to new management. I got to meet the new manager Jace, who listened to my issues about the tire and worked with Will to get it fixed promptly and affordable. I went back again to get my oil changed and the shop was still clean, the employees were all wearing masks and actually talked to me about what they were doing. The new management is wonderful and knowledgeable and they don’t try to up sell unnecessary things. I’m now happy to use this location and refer my friends and family. Great turn around on this location!

Have been going to this particular location for years. Sometimes you have to wait but the crew are courteous and friendly. Good value for what they offer.

When I first arrived I was “greeted” by a young man named Adrian. I was talking to him and telling him how I would like to get an oil change. I didn’t even get halfway through telling him what service I was there for and he walked away and said “I’ll let someone else handle this.” Then a incredibly kind man named JACK greeted me, promptly apologized for the other guys lack of customer service and took care of me. I will be back but I do hope the young man gets reminded of what actual customer service looks like.
