I never post online reviews but I was compelled in this case because of the world-class service provided by this company and its technician Terry in particular. He solved a problem over the phone in five minutes that had been vexing me for four years! Turns out the LED light bulbs in my garage door opener were creating RF interference and causing the remote to malfunction. Kudos to Terry! You guys have a customer for life!!!

Well meaning people, but the company can't get out of it's own way. We've had issue after issue on our project that's been on-going since August (5 months!). They've reinstalled one gate three times and it still isn't right. Our stucco is mangled and needs serious repair (see pictures). Terrible responsiveness and difficult to get on the phone. The list goes on and on. The only people I had a positive experience with were the installers, those guys were very polite and knowledgeable. Bottom line, please use a different company and avoid the nightmare we've experienced. I hope they get their issues figured out, but until then PLEASE don't get fooled by the positive reviews.
Kaiser garage doors came with my new build house, within 5 months the door wasn’t closing right. The technician came out and he was wonderful, fixed the problem and went beyond to get it working. But within a month—most of which time I was gone for—the garage door stopped working. Now, because I’m working normal 7-3 hours Monday through Friday, they can’t come fix my door. So now I’m going on 3 weeks with a 6 month old garage door not working and unless I can work around their hours they can’t help me. Very frustrating.
Wow , Great service ! Quick 1 year service and programmed a couple additional remotes. Angelina was a great help on the phone and had a technician to my house on time. Very professional company ! I appreciate your help ! Jeff
Kaiser did a tremendous job replacing my gate. They are extremely professional and the price can’t be beat!!! If you are looking for a new gate, Kaiser is the company to use.
