We bought our current home with a Kinetico RO system 14 years ago. We have had exceptional service over the years with Todd our technician. When it came time to replacing the system ( now 17 years old) we checked other companies and prices for products. We decided to remain with Kinetico because of an excellent product and service. Barrett our installer was professional and timely. There are cheaper units out there but I believe this company stands by their product and provides excellent service.

Kinetico Water, Jon Owens and the Customer Service team has been great. We are very happy with our water softening and drinking water systems - almost 3 years now. Minimal salt usage compared to past experience. No electronics - simple and automatic water-actuated \clock\ for cleaning cycles. The drinking water system is easy to maintain and the Kinetico team sends filters directly to the house 1-2x per year when I call. Strongly recommend this brand and this team.

Just had another Kinetico R/O System installed.....they are like potato chips.....we can't get enough of them! The difference in the water and ice are very dramatic, so we keep adding them to different faucets around the house. Alex, our latest installer, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful! Great experience all the way around! Thanks also to Jon......worked his magic and we were able to get it installed very quickly!

We love our water filter! The customer service in amazing....you can actually speak to your rep and have him walk you through installing a new filter! That’s unheard today. Highly recommend !!!
