A complete waste of time and money. DO NOT SIGN UP if you expect your child to play. The coaching issue is still a mess, after 1 month of playing they changed coaches. The new so-called coach started bringing in other players from other leagues - he was also coaching. The league called it a \club pass\ to fill positions of players that could not make the games. Well this coach repeatedly used this \club pass\ and reconstructed the team. While these club pass kids were playing, original team players that made the team sat and watched. We didn't sign up for this!! Chandler Soccer gladly takes your money and just says - We're sorry you experienced this. You actually allow this to happen? During one tournament after sitting most of the game, my son finally asked when he was going in. Well the coach put him in for 5 mins and when he was exiting the field the coach told him if he asks again, he would not play at all. Really??? His own coach bullied him? What kind of organization supports people like this?? There was clearly favoritism and discrimination here. After bringing up my issue to Andy, he turned a blind eye. It is all about winning and money with no regards to how they get there. Go to another league - not Legacy soccer. You can have all your medals and trophies, but at the end of the day they mean nothing when your not a good human being or leader.

They need to get it together on the coaching situation for Excel. We are regularly missing a coach for practices and games, often because they're double-booked on games. Communication is generally a mess. The leadership needs to step up and make good on this organization's promise.

We have been with Legacy for 5 years and on a competitive team for 4 years. Every year, it's always been some sort of coaching issue, but we stuck it out so that our child could be with his friends. Last year was the worst ever. Our coach was not fit to be around children. His coaching style was sarcastic and mean. All he did was yell and nothing was ever good enough. He even went so far as to yell at the parents after the kids had a bad game. My child went from an outgoing and awesome little player to being scared to touch the ball because he was afraid that he would be screamed at and embarrassed during games and tournaments. Even the referees would speak poorly of our coach. He was such an embarrassment. I'm sad that we kept our commitment to the league and that I allowed someone to treat my kid this way for an entire season. Then the league gave this awful coach an extra team toward the middle of the season. Instead of holding extra practices, he chose to combine the practices. At games and tournaments, our team was his last priority and rarely showed up. Please do not waste your time and money on this league. All they care about is winning and they don't care about kids. There have been many complaints made to Andy, the director, and nothing will be done. He will defend his coaches at costs. Please, if your child is assigned Harold Calvo, RUN the other direction. I know he coaches many teams and he is just an all around bad guy.

The one star rating goes to their Ostrich Festival tournament. I and my assistant coach have emailed Jim, their tournament director a couple times in regards to several scheduling conflicts. He chose to ignore the issue and it turned out to be a major inconvenience to us and our parents. Being upset with the issue I called him out on it and long story short, he came back with I don't care if you choose not to return to our tournament, we are one of the biggest tournament and we are growing. I have a relative who is happy with their club but was also unimpressed with their tournament. Customers service was not there. We were just a number.
