My husband and I have been here for 2 years and have nothing but nice things to say. The staff, all of them including the managers are friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Maintenance always gets done in a timely manor and even though I haven't signed up for a big spray in a couple of months we NEVER have a bug problem. All of our neighbors are great and also respectful. The community is up keepers at every moment and it feels safe to live here. If it wasn't for us having a baby and getting a home we would be staying here another year. Totally worth the money you pay. Plus they have great resident perks like their Liv points. I can't help but to rave about this place considering we came from a mile down the road and were treated so poorly. This place is a happy safe and beautiful place to live. Liv Avenida is truly amazing! As with any apartment situation, You will get out of it what you put into it. Liv Avenida sets the stage for you to maximize this experience. The staff is friendly, and will work with you on issues that you have. The grounds and amenities are enjoyable, and they are always looking to upgrade and enhance features. The community and social aspect of Liv Was the ultimate deciding factor in our choice. There are countless activities and opportunities to be out and about, meet your fellow residents, and feel like you’re part of something bigger and better. It truly feels like a home, and that people actually know who you are and care. This is in direct contrast to many other properties, that feel too large, and that you’re just another number to them.
