Excellent service from this location. Frank showed great care and attention from our first visit. His follow up was great and his recommendations were spot on. Monica was also a great help any time Frank was not available. I felt no need to shop and I will definitely be back for my flooring and trim needs.

We like Lumber Liquidators. We won't use this location ever again. Pricing is competitive, however the customer service is sub par. From the manager Monica to the the staff. Every interaction (5x) we seemed to be bothering or burdening them with our inquiry or question. Where we only spent 8k for our flooring, there's a lot of value we place on customer service. We needed to order additional tread for our stairs, after calling twice moving through explaining and waiting for a quote we were told they had other customers were priority. They asked to call back, the first time no one called back. The second time (we're still waiting.) Where no one was egregiously rude or hostile. It was apparent no one wanted to be there and help. We've since resolved or requests by contacting the corporate call center and requesting our order through the Mesa store. Where cost is a driver for many, if you can afford the extra .20 cents to .40 cents it may be worth going to Costco or Lowes.

The sales team are nice and knowledgeable. Their 8mm vinyl product lines seems to be very good on the spec(only down side is the # of patterns) and competitive in price. Will have a project with them and update afterwards.

We just finished remodeling our home in Chandler Arizona. We got the flooring from the Chandler Lumber Liquidators and we could not be happier with their products and services. It took us a month and repeated visits to the store for samples and advice. Monica the store manager was so helpful before and after the sale, we ordered to much tile (over 600 worth) Monica happily credited me and unloaded the truck. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
