If I could rate this practice lower than 1 star I would. The entire experience at this practice is terrible. We came in because our 17 year old son had several concussions and started having issues. We came in and was seen by dr Jackie who gave us a bunch of referrals. We found out that the referral he needed the most was for an adult neurologist instead of a pediatric one. We contacted them several times trying to get the right referral and their staff and front desk receptionists had no compassion and spoke to us like we were an inconvenience. All we kept asking is for a pediatric neurologist referral (these offices only take patients based on referrals) and they refused, they put the responsibility on us to find a pediatric neurologist. They spoke down to us and flat out said they wont help. There are a LOT of other doctors offices out there I would highly recommend you go to a different office. We now have had to make another appointment with a different doctors office and pay ANOTHER co pay and waste even more precious time in order to get an appropriate referral for our son. The real victim is the patient. If you want sub par care then Loo James D MD is for you! If you actually care about your own health and dignity then AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Dr. Loo has been my primary care physician since 1997. He is a great person who takes time to understand medical needs. I have referred multiple friends and my spouse who sees the staff. They do a fantastic job as a PCP.
I have been seeking Dr Loo since I was 14. He is the best doctor I have had.
Will make sure to tell people NOT to go here. Waited 30 minutes to get in, that was fine. Told them I had some of serious health conditions that are very troubling like shortness of breath, I've got something going on in my nose, having stomach issues and back, neck and hip pain. I'm tender on both sides of my stomach and my chest. Doctor comes in I tell him what's going on, he's only in the room for 3 minutes with me and all he does is prescribe me since antibiotics and just takes my blood and urine and sends me on my way. Get a call a little week and a half later tests come back fine and told me to have a good day. Front staff didn't seem happy to even have a job or to be at work. This place is just ripping people off
