Exceptional, professional, & helpful staff. Dr. Chandler-Morgan is thorough and genuinely cares for her patients’ overall health & well being. Personally, she has diagnosed and referred me to specialists for severe eye injuries, and has continued to monitor my eyes. So very thankful to have always been taken such good care of & to be a patient of theirs!

Have been a patient for 4 years and I absolutely loved the staff and Ms. Robin and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. However, i purchased 3 pair of glasses from them which were rather expensive and had trouble with the lenses in all 3 pair either being scratched or \crazed\ when I received them. The staff knew this and took accountability for it stating that because of the virus the people making the lens were short handed and weren't taking their time in making them. Unfortunately we had to replace the lens in all 3 pair several time before getting them correct. I was told this had happened to another customer as well. Not my fault they said. Well it happened again to one pair and when I asked to just refund my money on this pair instead of replacing the lens it all of a sudden became my fault, that i was hard to please. To I receive a asty\ phone call stating they had my refund check, my prescription, and my separation notice stating they would no longer see me because I was hard to please. I'm not hard to please but when I spend 600-700 on a pair of glasses I want them done right. No problem I won't go back.

Easy!!! From setting up the appointment to picking out the perfect frames, the process was seamless, easy and quick! The Doctor and her staff made this an ahhhhhmazing experience!!!
