Went to this gym on a Wednesday, took a tour and was impressed. Well maintained and newly renovated. I mentioned I was going to check out a few more gyms and make a decision by Friday, was going to pay cash for the 1 year and they said they'd throw in 2 free months. I had my mind made that I wanted to join and wasn't going to be impressed with other gyms as much as this one. Then the women mentioned the two free months would no longer be available once I left. That was pretty messed up and they made my decision for me, strange sales tactic that backfired...they got 0 instead of 450.

I am so proud to work here. The members are such great people, and it's wonderful to be at a gym that has such a wide variety of classes, amazing trainers, and voluminous options for lifting and cardio. And, some amazing yoga teachers, if I do say so myself...

TL;DR LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A GYM MEMBERSHIP! Customer service is terrible. They will charge you for two months if you want to cancel later in the month. They've done that to me and also charged me for a month without telling me they reopened then said I would be put into collections if I tried to dispute the charge. The facility is fine, but it's nothing special in my opinion. It's just not worth it with all of the other gym options around.

Clean, offers a large variety of workout equipment. One of my personal favorite things about Mountainside Ocotillo is the RIG! Machines aren't really my thing so I take full advantage of the CrossFit section. Seems like a more mature crowd who attends this location, which is super nice. They also have a basketball court and group fitness for all ages.
