We purchased a new AC unit from Precision for a reasonable price. The install was smooth - we were able to easily schedule them to come out, we received reminder calls and they arrived on time. We also have another AC unit that didn’t need replaced but needed repairs. They were honest about what was necessary and what wasn’t. We’ve now had the new AC unit and fixes to other unit in place for about a month and have had no issues whatsoever. Very happy with our experience! Would definitely recommend and use again. It was time to replace our AC, and so our choice was Precision Air, as we've been with them for over 20 years. Teman & Julian did an excellent job on the installation today, arriving on time, being very courteous, cleaning up, and making sure I was happy with their work. We look forward to saving by having a more efficient unit and we can control if from our mobile phones, which is cool...or hot...or somewhere in between!

From start to finish. This team is always on the same page. Melissa up front office on the phones. Handlin it. Made me feel as though I was the only client. I'm difficult. But not with Melissa. Gave me nothing to question. Then just when I was expecting a professional courteous technician. Jeff rolls up and exceeds all of my high expectations. I asked questions. And I got logic for a response. Never mind 5 stars. Jeff gets 5 planets. Jeff did exactly what I would want done. When hiring someone to do it. He also brought out ace in the hole weapon of mass destruction. Just do he was certain. The drain was clear. If I owned a plumbing repair business. Jeff would be the shot caller. Okay look last item. The clearing charge was as advertised. I mean come on man! Who does that. Disney World Corporation wishes things were as smooth there as they are over at Precision. They make the right decision. Upgrade to 5 planets. Jeff you are the brightest star in my universe
