Redemption Psychiatry (Chandler), is an amazing establishment! They have friendly and efficient office staff, and experts that will work WITH you to better your life no matter where you are at. They take most insurances, and it is always easy to book an appointment, because the staff is very organized. My experience here with my psychiatrist and the rest of the staff have really turned my life around. They really care about your needs and priorities, and aren't just \drug pushers.\ They also offer in house treatments like ketamine at a lower rate compared to the valley. If you are struggling, call them for an appointment, I can speak to it! Ask for Mandy, she's the best. :)

Where do I even begin? I had no idea that setting an appointment for my daughter with Redemption Psychiatry that it would change our lives forever. We seen NP Amanda Lowry and my daughter just loves her, as do I. She listened to our concerns and knew exactly what my daughter needed. Not only did she set us on the right path but she gave us additional resources for counseling. We were at a complete lost with my six year old daughter's behavior (who has been diagnosed previously with severe ADHD). My daughter and I trust Dr. Lowry and have a new relationship and life forming thanks to her.

I have never been seen by a doctor the way that Amanda Lowry sees me. I have a really hard time going to the doctor because it feels like they never listen, but I had such the opposite experience with Mandy. She is more compassionate and empathetic than any psychiatrist/PCP/NP I’ve ever seen. She values the time she spends with her patients and truly listens and responds to them in a way that they feel seen and heard. She builds her relationship with her patients with trust and understanding as the foundation. She is passionate about truly helping them and shows that through the way she communicates and her thorough treatment plans. Because of this, when you are in her office, you feel like she is your number one fan and is there to actually help you. She helps you build confidence in yourself even when it feels like that is not possible. I feel like I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I'm very happy with Dr. Jung. She listens well and has my welfare in mind. The office and Dr. Jung are always polite and helpful. The Chandler office is easy to find and appointments run on time.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This place is trash. Their front office staff is a joke. I called for a WEEK with no answer trying to ask for a refill on a prescription they gave me at my first appointment but didn’t give me enough pills to get me to my follow up appointment. I also had my pharmacy request a refill FOUR TIMES, like their automated system requires. My pharmacy had to give me a 3 day emergency supply because they never heard back. When I finally got to talk to a human, they claimed they had no record of me calling because I never left a voicemail (WHAT?!?!) and had no record of a request from the pharmacy, (even though the pharmacy provided me with their records of sending it 4 times) I asked when I could have my refill and they said it takes 24-72 hours to process. I explained I had no more pills and couldn’t get anymore without a refill. She basically said there was nothing she could do and I couldn’t have MY VITAL DAILY medicine because “you didn’t leave a voicemail so we didn’t know there was a problem.” After I angrily got off that call, they sent me a letter in the mail a week later saying they will no longer see me as a patient. Don’t even waste your time here.
