Went to Sally’s for some extensions . And they wouldn’t even let me take them outta the box to compare it to my hair to see if it will match .he said it’s against store policy Um if your spending a lot of money u wanna no it’s going to match . Evrey Sally’s I have ever been to let’s u do that so why not this one .

Visited Sally I was the only customer, two girls [staff] conversing at register,never once talked to me,I went to the register to ask for assist,then I stopped,there are 2 of them ,one of me,and to get assistance I've got to seek it out,bad customer service, bad. No purchases were made

The place to go for beauty supplies. Apply for a Sally's card for discounts on products. It's a beauty supply retail store. Carriers a variety of hair products, hair dryers, etc. Some of the clerks have experience in hair salons. Friendly environment and neatly labeled shelves.

Really Large lady was sitting at the end of the aisle (reading a book) and was super rude. Lady acted like she knew everything (I never asked her anything )and I really didn't care what she had to say about her product I was just trying to shop I knew what I had came in for. Her attitude was so unprofessional. I know sally is known for their awful customer service but still was not impressed by today's trip and I will not be going back for awhile. Lady who rang me up however was so very polite and backed off when I said I didn't need help she didn't try to force unwanted product advice down my throat hopefully the other lady can learn from her example
