Fast, friendly, honest, and overall amazing service at the service center! I have an electric Smart car that needed a 20k mile check up. Unfortunately after service, I noticed a small ding and stratch on the passenger side door. Mistakes happen and the fact that it was so small, made me go back to talk to the service manager for Smarts, Jessica. When I told her my concern, she immediately set up an appointment to get it fixed. Although she said this doesn't happen often, there was no denying , blaming, anything. Today I got the car and the results were better than I imagined (they had to plug the hole they drilled to get to the dent - but no biggie. It looks as if it was meant to be there)! Jessica even said they were out of paint and would order it for me for the scratch, which they buffed out but realized they needed to fill it in to be completely unnoticeable. Like I said, I believe mistakes happen, it's how it gets handled that matters. If you have a Smart car that needs service, you're in good hands here with Jessica and her maintenance team. They have my continued business and support 100%

We needed to drive to Phoenix since there isn’t a Smart Car dealer in Tucson. I was delighted at the high level of service accorded to me, even though I had brought my Smart Car in for a recall repair. Service was attentive, speedy and respectful. If we lived in Phoenix, I would definitely be back!
All that was needed was a small easily replaceable part and a recall update. No charge for any labor. I was treated like royalty. Even given a voucher for a free lunch in the dealership restaurant. My car was treated well to with a vacuum and very good carwash that included armorall on the tires. All in all a very pleasant experience.

They are the only smart center in the valley and they know it. Our second year of regular maintenance they charged us 356.00 for oil change, lube, fluids...the usual. this includes ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY per hour for labor..do they have MIT grads doing this labor that makes it "worth" so much more? To add insult to injury, you are expected to sit an wait (on Saturdays) because they will not afford you any shuttle service nor even offer a rental. There are finally other service centers that will take care of a smart car. You are no longer stuck with being completely screwed over by the dealers that sell it.
The SMART center is within the Mercedes of Chandler dealership. The entire staff is personable, professional, and really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Whether you buy a top-end mercedes or a responsible SMART car, they treat you the same ..with class.
I had a wonderful experience at the smartcar of Chandler with Jeff Carlo! This was my first time leasing a new car and everyone was very helpful and informational. I will definitely be going back!
