The executive director, Ashley, and her entire staff have gone above and beyond to help my mother adjust and settle into their facility. The staff are compassionate and attentive to the residents needs. I have been overwhelmed with the kindness shown to the residents. The facility is very clean, and the programs offered are wonderful, even during the Coronavirus. I highly recommend Solterra Senior Living for your loved one!

This property met 3 major check points on my list: Friendly, caring and it \feels like home\. I found the evidence of all 3 during our visit and tour with Adrian Cordero Feb19, 2016. Enough can not be said about the cleanliness of this facility. Not that I'm knocking any other properties but senior living facilities sometimes 'smell like' senior living facilities and well the smell upon entering and touring the entirety of Solterra Senior Living was... WHAT SMELL? There was no smell. No masking cleaning agents or spray over powering us but rather the entire property smelled as fresh as The Marriott. And what can I say about Adrian Cordero, the Community Relations Manager? He was the best at relating and made me and my family feel completely at ease - it didn't hurt that he was beloved by all the residents either. They smiled, waved and chatted it up with him often as we toured. The admin and residential staff were friendly as well. The only downside that I have about this property is that it's EXCLUSIVE to SENIORS. If that were not the case, I'd have put in an application for myself, but since that is the case I think our parents are going to love this place!
