I was having a bad asthma attack and came in for a breathing treatment. He informed me that I am unable to take one because of covid but he at least said he will get me a machine and a prescription so I’m able to breathe. He was kind and professional. The doctor was nice and quick. Definitely recommend this urgent care

Today was our first experience at Sun Valley Pediatric & Family UC and I found the doctor and staff to be very kind and patient. They paid attention to and respected our concerns. The doctor provided extra information that some doctors have skipped over in the past. I felt my child was well cared for. We would come here again.

This is the second time that I have walking into this urgent care and right out. I called prior to driving all the way there to make sure they could do an x-ray, got there started checking in and the lady said well our x-ray tech isn’t here right now so we would have to refer you out.... then when someone called and specifically asks you about x-rays maybe you should provide ALL the information before people waste their time!

Horrible experience. They would not help my daughter without an x-ray. They don't have x-ray machine on-site and all of the ones they would refer you to were closed. I had to go to an ER to get my daughter looked at and helped (without needing an x-ray). My daughter was in agony but there was nothing they were willing to do, needed an x-ray. I even spoke to the Dr as her issue is a pretty common issue that did not require an x-ray and he was not willing to help, pretty much refused service. I could understand trying to fix it and she was still in pain then an x-ray being needed but not prior to with such a common injury. Don't waste your time here. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy.
